What topics does your training cover?

See our main page and scroll to the bottom to see our trainings available.
What age range are your trainings for?
Our trainings on autism are designed and curated for parents and professionals who support and care for children and adults. This might seem like a wide range however after offering these trainings for many years, we can say these trainings are effective and valuable for children, teenagers and adults on the autism spectrum.
And while it's never too late to commit to improving your parenting or professional skills, the earlier you enroll, the more value you will get from availing of our special discounted rate.

If you want the most "bang for your buck", we recommend choosing the Premium and All-Access Passes, as these two options offer you between 30 days and 12 months of unlimited viewing of the training as well as lifetime audio recordings, certificate of attendance, action planner and access to our exclusive member-only Facebook group.

If you haven’t received it, please check with your organisation’s web server as they maybe blocking it.
If you still haven’t received it, please send us another email address as this email is blocking our emails with your full name, the email your registered with as well as your invoice number.

To watch the second part of the conference, click “Session 2” on the top left hand corner of the Crowdcast Platform.
I am viewing/downloading the training from work and can I access it there?
You should be able to view the training on most browsers as well as download the training. However, if you are working with council/healthcare servers, you may experience additional firewall/security which stops you from viewing or downloading. If this is the situation, please ask your organisation’s web department to ease IT restrictions.
How can I watched the trainings with closed captions?
At the moment, our platform doesn't have native closed captioning built-in, but we are working on it. We know how important it is for greater accessibility. However the good news is that Live Captions are now available for Google Chrome users.
When enabled, Live Captions automatically appear in a small, moveable box at the bottom of your browser when you’re watching or listening to a piece of content where people are talking.
Words appear after a slight delay and captions will even appear with muted audio or your volume turned down. Live Captions can be enabled in the latest version of Chrome by going to Settings, then the “Advanced” section, and then “Accessibility.”
(If you’re not seeing the feature, try manually updating and restarting your browser.) When you toggle them on, Chrome will quickly download some speech recognition files, and then captions should appear the next time your browser plays audio where people are talking.
Please note, this setup is on you the viewer's end; the captions are not displayed within the video feed directly. You can read more about this, including a video explainer, directly from Google here.

Why do you use “autistic person” rather than “person with autism”?
You are probably aware of the debate in the autism community in recent years over identity-first (“autistic person”) versus person-first (“person with autism”) language.
Many in the autism community have a preference for identity-first language. They feel separating the diagnosis from the person can contribute to a stigma in regards to autism.
We are aware many parents and professionals feel person-first language is the most respectful way to speak about individuals on the autism spectrum.
As an organisation, we wish to be led by the individual on the autism spectrum as well as their family members. We feel it is our responsibility to represent as accurately as possible the wishes of the autistic community.
In our communication, we have decided to use identity-first language such as “autistic children” or neutral terms such as “people on the autism spectrum” or “individuals who have an ASD diagnosis” rather than person-first language, individuals with ASD/autism.
The website does not accept my credit card. Is there another way to pay?
At the checkout, you can pay with Stripe, PayPal or ApplePay. Alternatively, we can also invoice you and do a bank transfer.
